This collection consists of the book Reaching for a Star: A Memoir of my Life, My Music, and My Friendship with Famed Singer Frankie Laine, by Craig Cronbaugh. It was written in 2005. Cronbaugh worked in Broadcast Services as a student.

This collection consists of materials from Dorothy Hinson’s time at the Iowa State Teachers College. It contains: one sheet, with handwritten annotations, titled, “Primary Education Curriculum,” outlining different courses and general notes about the courses, dated May 1925; a Winifred Merril violin recital program, dated November 19; three term reports / credit sheets dated 1925-1926; and Dorothy’s ISTC diploma, dated March 12, 1929.
