Mary Ann Flint Bolton Papers
This collection consists primarily of class handouts, class notes, printed material, and term papers from her library science courses (Binders 1-3). There is also a smaller amount of material which Bolton acquired after she began her career as a librarian in Nebraska (Binder 4).
Mary Dieterich Papers
The Mary Dieterich papers consist of correspondence dated from 1952-1970, work-related material, photographs from her retirement party in 1970, ledger books from early in her career, class notes from when she was a student, and drawing and watercolors created in 1913-1914.

Mary Gordon’s scrapbook dates from approximately 1917-1936 and contains photographs of ISTC, Iowa State in Ames, and schools where she taught. It includes a ticket from Electric Pavillion in Waterloo and other local ephemera.

May E. Francis Collection
This collection consists primarily of notes and manuscripts related to a projected history of Texas on which Francis was working. The collection also includes a small amount of Francis family correspondence relating to legal matters in the 1860s. In addition, the collection contains a few books associated with Francis's work and research.
