Biographical / Historical

Alpha Chi Epsilon was initially created in 1915, with its first recorded formal initiation occurring on May 3, 1923. Since the fraternity's earliest days, it has been known to promote the mental and physical welfare of the brothers in order to create a stronger brotherhood. Other staples of the fraternity include donating blood and serenading. On November 12, 1965, the fraternity dissolved and its members were initiated into Sigma Alpha Epsilon, a national fraternity. Those who were part of the fraternity when it was known as Alpha Chi Epsilon continued to have reunions as recent as 2013.
