Adelphic Society
Afro-American Society collection
This folder contains one sheet titled “Demands”, and letters and correspondences between Dr. William Lang, at the time the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Charles Quirk, the chairman of the Committee on University Responsibility in Minority Group Education, regarding the demands made by the Afro-American Society. There are two copies of each of these sheets included in the folder, and each of the letters contains information regarding meetings.
Alpha Beta Alpha collection
Alpha Chi Epsilon
This collection contains one newspaper article describing the depressive decade the fraternity suffered from 1926-1936 as told by previous members; the fraternity's constitution, which includes its laws, articles, and pledging process; a history of the organization at UNI; and a dinner dance program / card.
Alpha Chi Omega / Nu Sigma Phi Collection
This collection contains the Epsilon Iota Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega bylaws from 1981-1982. The packet covers the sorority's objectives, eligibility requirements, finances, officers, standing committees, elections, chapter meetings, voting requirements, house rules, amendments, E.I. chapter traditions, dress code, and other chapter functions. The collection also includes a May 1964 program from Nu Sigma Phi's Grad's Dinner.
Alpha Delta Alpha collection
This collection consists of a copy of the Alpha Delta Alpha publication, The Cresset (1929, Vol. IV, No. 2), photocopies from the University of Northern Iowa yearbook, the Old Gold, featuring the fraternity, and a chapter constitution, c. 1928.
Alpha Kappa Alpha collection
This collection contains one undated sheet listing various events being held in recognition of Black History Month at the University of Northern Iowa. Alpha Kappa Alpha was a cosponsor of the events.

Alpha Phi Omega collection
The Alpha Phi Omega collection consists of a letter to other campus organizations regarding participation in Alpha Phi Omega’s carnival; a carnival booth contract; a proposal for the operation of a student book exchange on campus; a flier; and two news clippings. It also contains a brochure from the organization’s national chapter.
Alpha Society collection
This collection contains letters, notes, programs, minute books, attendance books, and yearbooks from the Alpha Society.
