Henry Kenneth Stolze Collection
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of photos of ISTC students on campus and around College Hill with accompanying descriptions, and an ISTC Training Department Class Record for 8th grade history teaching. The photos include those of student housing and accommodations, sports games and teams, eateries, homecoming activities, and recreational activities. The collection also contains materials related to Stolze's everyday activities at ISTC, including a Chapel Attendance Coupon Book and receipts.

Biographical / Historical
Harry Kenneth Stolze graduated from the Iowa State Teachers College in 1928 with a two-year Junior College Diploma. While at ISTC, he was a member of the Philo Literary Society. Stolze went on to teach seventh and eighth grade in Gayville, South Dakota before becoming an army air force instructor at Sioux Falls Field. He later returned to teaching.
