Scope and Contents
The Les Hale collection consists solely of materials related to Les and Colleen Hale’s two-act singspiel adaptation and English libretto of Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro. It was published in 1980. The collection includes correspondence, performance programs, photographs, publicity materials and clippings, and copies of the piano-vocal score.
