Frank Vilmain Papers
These papers concern modifications to the Physics Building during the 1970s and 1980s as well as a limited amount of information about the Physics Club, especially their spring trips.
James O. Perrine Papers
Papers, bound books and journals, photos, magnetic audiotape, ca. 1907-1972. The J. O. Perrine papers primarily cover Dr. Perrine’s work in the physics aspect of electrical communication. However, he also wrote a booklet about money and compound interest from a mathematician's point of view. It is uncertain who his intended audience was with this booklet.
Louis Begeman Papers
The collection consists of historical reminiscences, essays, and what seems to be the typescript for a textbook on atomic science. A portion of the collection requires conservation work, because many pieces had been rolled tightly for many years. But the collection is available to researchers.
Robert T. Ward Papers
The collection contains documents collected by Dr. Ward during his service on the General Education Committee and the Blue Ribbon Panel. There are also notes and material from science and computer courses that Professor Ward taught. Another portion of the collection includes information on national curriculum projects relating to the teaching of mathematics and science. The final part of the collection relates to Professor Ward's work on grant-funded projects at UNI.
