This series is composed of records created or utilized by individual school districts. It is divided into four sub-series. 1. “District Board of Education Records” contains records created or utilized by the boards of education for individual school districts. 2. “School Census Records” contains records of censuses performed at the school district level, 3. “Teachers’ Reports to the Superintendent” are records that document teachers’ names, school names and numbers, subjects taught, programs of study, pupils’ names, ages, attendance and grades, and the condition of school rooms and materials. 4. "Daily Attendance” records are documents created by individual teachers that document student names, classification, attendance, and grades, occasionally.
