Biographical / Historical
Clarence Baldwin worked as a Civil Engineer in the County Engineer's office and as a consultant for the Metropolitan Planning Commission. Following his retirement, he devoted his time to history and genealogy. He published a history of Black Hawk County, Crossroads on the Cedar (1967) and Historical Sketches (1982).
