Schedules, Meetings, Presentations, and Itineraries, 1995-2006

 Collection

Scope and Contents

The materials in Boxes 9-13 show the wide range of public duties and responsibilities in which President Koob was engaged.  It is a good place to study the planning that went into events such as the President's Picnic; other public entertainment; and smaller social gatherings.  The collection is arranged chronologically, with much more detailed and complete coverage in the later years.President Robert Koob kept an extremely busy schedule that included local, state, and national meetings; state and national conferences; alumni visits; campus celebrations; community presentations, and campus visitors.  His staff assisted him in meeting these obligations by creating folders of background information, schedules, maps, and travel plans for many of these events. Box 6 includes texts of speeches and presentations; schedules for fundraising events and activities; and detailed information about the planning and location of the McLeod Center. Material in Box 6 is arranged by category.
