The collections are arranged alphabetically for the purposes of this finding aid, but they themselves are arranged chronologically where possible. Otherwise, they are arranged alphabetically by last name or township, where applicable.

Processing Information

Materials classified as Items are located on microfilm. The first number indicates the reel, the second indicates the location of the record on that reel. Items are not necessarly individual records; a change in Item number may indicate a change in record type, date, township, or district. These item numbers have been applied for reference purposes by the archives staff and are not present on the film itself.
