Includes photographs of Aletha Hutchison (Jacobs), family, friends, students, classrooms, schoolhouses, and trips to Illinois, Montana, and Glacier National Park. Taken and collected by Aletha Hutchison (Jacobs) during her time as a student and teacher in Iowa (primarily Black Hawk, Buchanan, Grundy, and Wright Counties) and Pennsylvania. When possible, photographs have been organized by location and date. Photographs with unknown locations and dates have been sorted into the following categories: personal, school, and self-portraits. All records are available to researchers upon request.
