Roger Leavitt Papers
A majority of the Roger Leavitt is glued to notebook sheets measuring 6” x 9.5” and consists of several hundred items. It was evidently assembled by Leavitt and is largely arranged chronologically. It consists of a variety of material types, including correspondence, clippings, pamphlets, and more. One particularly strong subject area relates to the 1912-1913 Coordination Controversy, which would have transitioned the Iowa State Teachers College to a two-year institution.
